Celebrating National Apprenticeship Week: Spotlight on Windsor Academy Trust's Rising Stars, Jemma and Joel

During National Apprenticeship Week, we take a moment to recognise and honour the dedication, hard work, and success of apprentices throughout the UK. Windsor Academy Trust is especially proud to highlight the achievements and continuous growth of our apprentices. This year, we are delighted to feature Jemma and Joel, whose exceptional commitment to their professional development sets an inspiring example for all.

Jemma is currently embracing her journey as a Level 3 Business Administration Apprentice at Windsor Academy Trust. She shares her experience with enthusiasm:

I am currently undertaking a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship at Windsor Academy Trust, I am constantly learning and developing my professional skills and knowledge. Undertaking an apprenticeship allows me to benefit from gaining valuable work experience within a supportive environment, whilst also earning a recognised qualification. I am excited to see what the future holds and how my career progresses.

Joel is currently embracing his role as a Level 3 Content Creator Apprentice at Windsor Academy Trust. He reflects on his enriching experience:

Joining Windsor Academy Trust as a Level 3 Content Creator Apprentice in October 2023 has been a journey of immense growth and creativity. In these four months, I've been immersed in a world of dynamic digital marketing, honing my skills in content creation and strategic communication. The supportive environment and hands-on experience have been pivotal in my development. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to contribute to the Trust's vibrant community. I look forward to continuing this exciting journey of learning and growth.
