Thank you for your interest in United Endeavour Trust.

As Directors of the Trust, it is our responsibility to oversee the management and strategic direction of the trust and its academies. I have the honour to lead this with my fellow Trust Directors, working with the academies local governing boards, the executive and Principals.

We want to ensure that every young person has the opportunity to maximise their potential through the provision of good teaching, an engaging and fit for purpose school environment and a supportive, stable and caring culture.

We know that our staff and teachers are our most important resource and are determined to continue to support and develop our colleagues to enable them to excel in their roles.

We develop plans and prioritise how the Trust uses its resources to deliver better outcomes, and we are very interested to hear from parents, our students and other stakeholders in terms of their priorities and what we can do to improve our standards further.
